The Flare S4 Plus is the most premium of the Flare family, slotting just above the Flare X in price and build. It uses a full metal body (back and frame are metal) though some would argue that the chipset used (same as the Meizu M2 Note and Flash 2) are a downgrade, not an upgrade, to the Flare X.

The two other phones are the most interesting and are the real game-changers. Aside from body style – the Flare S4 has a more masculine look to the more rounded Flare 4 – both phones are identical. They use a smaller, lower resolution display compared to the Flare S4 Plus (5-inch HD) and has 1GB of RAM less. Both phones have specs that are similar to Alcatel’s Flash 2, though both phones are significantly cheaper, going for Php 4,999 as opposed to Php 6,190.
