Staying true to their promise
After officially updating the Nokia 7 Plus to Android Pie, HMD Global announced that four Nokia phones will receive their slice of Pie this month. In their latest announcement, the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 6.1 Plus are slated to receive Android Pie this month, followed by the Nokia 8 and Nokia 8 Sirocco in November.
This will be the first major update for the recently-released Nokia 6.1 Plus, and the second major update for the Nokia 8.
If we will base it on HMD Global’s release schedule for the Nokia 7 Plus, expect several developer betas before the official release will roll out for the aforementioned devices.
