After announcing the availability of the Surface Laptop 3 and Surface Pro 7 a few months ago, Microsoft expands its Surface offerings for businesses with the Surface Pro 7+, Surface Laptop Go, and Surface Go 2.
The Surface Pro 7+ comes with an 11th-generation Core i5 processor that is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB NVMe SSD. As a higher-end version, you get both USB-A and USB-C ports, along with Full HD resolution for both front and rear cameras, Dolby Atmos speakers, and dual far-field studio mics for crisp and clear video calls. Battery life is also better, with the Surface Pro 7+ rated for up to 15 hours on a single charge.
New to the Surface Pro 7+ is the addition Windows Enhanced Hardware Security features, which lets IT remotely manage the 2-in-1 without users needing to physically visit their IT technicians. There’s also Windows Autopilot, which allows for the shipping of Surface laptops directly to users’ homes complete with all the needed applications, security policies, and settings. Both features ensure users to be more productive and efficient while we still manage through the pandemic.
Those looking for an affordable Surface option can opt for the Surface Laptop Go, which has a 12.4-inch PixelSense touchscreen display, a full-sized keyboard, and a large precision trackpad. Powering it is a 10th-generation Core i5 processor that is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB NVMe SSD storage. It comes with convenient features like a fingerprint power button, one-touch sign-in via Windows Hello, and up to 13 hours of battery life with Fast Charging.
Rounding up its local offerings is the Surface Go 2, which has a 10.5-inch PixelSense display, Studio Mics for clear audio, and a sharp 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Powering it is an 8th-generation Core m3 processor that is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB NVMe SSD.
