In its bid to expand its sustainable offerings, Acer also announced new additions to the Vero line that includes the Aspire Vero 15 and Vero Smart Projector–both of which are designed to equip businesses and consumers with high-performing, power-saving technology while providing more options to reduce their carbon footprint. 

The Aspire Vero 15 (AV15-53P) makes use of 40% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics in its chassis without sacrificing durability. The keycaps and adapter casing is made from 50% PCR materials, while the OceanGlass trackpad makes use of recycled ocean-bound plastic. It boasts a 15.6-inch Full HD display that has a 16:9 aspect ratio and 100% sRGB coverage. It also comes with a 1440p QHD webcam that includes Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction technology for enhanced conference calls.

The Aspire Vero 15 is also powerful, as you get up to 13th Gen Core i7 processors with Iris Xe integrated graphics, along with WiFi 6e, up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, and two M.2 SSD slots that support up to 1TB of storage. Ports are not a problem, as you get two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, HDMI 2.1 port, and a headphone jack.

The Vero PL3510ATV smart projector, on the other hand, makes use of advanced laser light projection, where you get a 4800ANSI lumens laser diode that’s capable of Full HD resolution and a 50,000:1 contrast ratio. This makes the Vero smart projector able to project brilliant, crystal-clear images from long distances, even in bright indoor settings.

It also supports 24/7 continuous projection, providing users with reliable and high-quality performance even for prolonged periods, and is IP5X rated to keep its components protected in any environment. You also get a built-in 10w speaker system with the Vero smart projector, along with a dongle that supports Android TV.
