How to Shop Online in the US While in the Philippines (Shipping Cart Review)

My Preferred Way of Shopping Online in the US from the Philippines

I love shopping online. It’s more convenient, affordable, and painless compared to braving Manila traffic to get to malls. Every time I travel to the US, I end up having a lot of stuff shipped to my hotel or AirBNB because of online shopping sprees on Amazon. Unfortunately that’s not yet 100% the case here in the Philippines because the selection on popular online stores like Lazada aren’t really that compelling yet (at least for me). That said, I use a service that allows me to shop in the US and then have those items shipped DIRECTLY to my door step.

The service is called ShippingCart. They’re a forwarding service which gives you a US address and storage service once you sign up for an account. When you go online shopping just input the address they gave you and they will accept and store the items you buy online. Once you’re ready, you can have it shipped to your home in the Philippines for a fee (they have a cost calculator on their website). It usually takes a week to get the items to you from the US once you hit “send to the Philippines” and you pay the fees which isn’t too bad.

I did an entire video about this which you can watch below.

Take note that this is NOT a paid ad and that we’re not using referral codes. It’s just me sharing how I do online shopping in the US from the Philippines.
