Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2 Battery Benchmark Results

DSC06644

Here’s the result of our PCMark Battery benchmark

As promised, today we’re delivering the results of our recently concluded battery benchmark for the Alcatel Flash 2, done via PCMark. The Flash 2 has a slightly slower clock speed compared to the previous iteration and is similar to Meizu’s M2 Note in terms of specs though the Flash 2 has a lower resolution display.

Anyway, our PCMark Battery benchmark gave the Flash 2 a score of 7 hours and 26 minutes, which is slightly higher than what the similarly specc’d M2 Note got. That means the Flash 2 should easily be able to last the entire day with moderate to heavy use, with a little leftover for the next day. We’ll be confirming that as we use the phone as our primary device.

We’re also taking this opportunity to take a closer look at the included leather flip case for the Flash 2. In our opinion, the phone looks way better with the case compared to the original back. Though the leather isn’t real leather, it feels soft and nice to the touch, adding a premium touch to a bang-for-the-buck device.

That’s it! We’ll be publishing our thoughts on the camera experience of the phone in the next few days, with our full review right after.
