They are all based on a 7nm process
After it was teased with several laptops back at CES 2020 like the Lenovo Slim 7 and ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14, AMD revealed more details about its upcoming Ryzen 4000 H-series CPUs. The Ryzen 4000 H-series are built on a 7nm process and consist of three models.
AMD claims that the octa-core Ryzen 7 4800H processor can outperform Intel’s Core i7-9700K desktop CPUs in 3DMark’s Firestrike Benchmark while having a 45W TDP—which translates to better power efficiency compared to the 95W TDP of the Core i7-9700K.
