Apparently There’s An Affordable-ish Zenfone 3 Deluxe 5.5-inch Variant

Today ASUS has officially announced the availability of their flagship Zenfone 3 Deluxe in the Philippines. If you didn’t know, the ZF3 Deluxe is the most premium member of the ZF3 family, sporting a unibody design and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 processor. And while the Php 34,995 price tag for the phone isn’t new to us, the appearance of a smaller, relatively more affordable version took us by surprise.

Yes, ASUS has also announced the availability of a smaller, 5.5-inch version of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe. That particular phone is priced at Php 22,995, which is quite a price reduction compared to the high end variant. Of course, the specs have been toned down by the company to reflect its pricing – the processor has been swapped out for a Snapdragon 625 processor, which is the same one on the regular ZF3. There’s 4GB of RAM instead of 6GB, and the camera has also been downgraded to 16-megapixels instead of the 23-megapixel one on the full sized unit.

Anyway, both phones are now available for purchase in the PH if you’re interested, and both can be bought wherever ASUS phones are sold.
