Excited to get the recently-launched ROG Phone 3? ASUS announced that they will be launching their latest gaming phone in the Philippines on August 15 through a digital launch. According to a press release we received, ASUS will be bringing over the 8GB/256GB Strix variant of the ROG Phone 3 to our shores.
As a successor to last year’s ROG Phone 2, the ROG 3 improves on several aspects like its 144hz display with 270hz touch response rate, Snapdragon 865+ processor, UFS 3.1 storage, LPDDR5 RAM, and the addition of a dedicated macro camera for its rear camera setup.
Since it has roughly the same size as the ROG Phone 2, the ROG Phone 3 can use most of its predecessor’s accessories like the TwinView Dock 3 and Mobile Desktop Dock.
We should know more about its official price and availability come August 15.
