ASUS Silently Announces ZenFone 4 Max

It’s going to be the volume driver for this generation of phones

ASUS’ big-batteried Max family of smartphones have been their biggest volume driver in terms of sales for the Taiwanese company, so it’s no surprise that they are announcing a refresh for the device. ASUS has officially taken the wraps off of the phone in an event in Taiwan, and its looking like the new device has a few new tricks up its sleeve thanks to the dual cameras on it.

Asus Zenfone 4 Max 5.2-inch version

ASUS Zenfone 4 Max 5.5-inch specs

There will be a total of three versions of the ZenFone 4 Max as we understand it: a 5.2-inch HD variant with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage with 4100mAh battery; a full HD, 5.5-inch variant with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage as well as twin 13-megapixel rear cameras; and a 5.5-inch HD variant that has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage as well as a 13-megapixel rear camera paired with a 5-megapixel secondary camera.

All phones have massive batteries, with the 5.2-inch version sporting 4100mAh and the two 5.5-inch variants possessing 5000mAh.
