ASUS Silently Unveils ZenFone Max Pro (M2) and ZenFone Max (M2) in Russia

Meet ASUS’ next-gen big-batteried phones

Ahead of its December 11 unveiling in the Philippines, ASUS silently launched the ZenFone Max (M2) and ZenFone Max Pro (M2) in Russia.

The vanilla ZenFone Max (M2) has a 6.3-inch HD+ display and is powered by a Snapdragon 632 processor and a 4000mAh battery. It comes in a 3GB/32GB configuration, and sports 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear cameras, and a 13-megapixel front camera.

The ZenFone Max Pro (M2), on the other hand, has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, a Snapdragon 660AIE processor, and a huge 5000mAh battery. The Russian listing reveals a 4GB/64GB variant and comes with a 13-megapixel f/1.8 Sony IMX486 primary and 5-megapixel depth-sensing rear cameras and 13-megapixel front camera. In addition, the ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a modern look with its glossy metallic back.

The ZenFone Max (M2) is priced at RUB 12,990(~Php 10.4k), while the ZenFone Max Pro (M2) is priced at RUB 17,990(~Php 14.4k). No word yet as to what ZenFone Max Pro (M2) variant we will be getting.
