With the Galaxy S23 FE turning a year old in October, Samsung is expected to unveil a Galaxy S24 FE soon. Ahead of its official launch, Android Headlines shared a lot of details about the upcoming FE device, leaving little to the imagination.
Starting with the processor, the Galaxy S24 FE will be using an Exynos 2400e chip. The addition of an e in its name tells us that this will most likely be a variation of the Exynos 2400 used on the Galaxy S24 and S24+. The display will be a bigger 6.7-inch 120hz AMOLED panel with a 1900nits of peak brightness and slimmer bezels. There are no details about display resolution, but we will not be surprised it it will only be a Full HD+ panel. The battery, on the other hand, will only be marginally bigger at 4565mAh.
The cameras will remain the same, so the Galaxy S24 FE will get a 50-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 8-megapxiel 3x telephoto camera, and a 10-megapixel selfie camera. It will have an aluminum frame, IP67 rating, and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, and is expected to have Samsung’s full suite of Galaxy AI features with OneUI 6.1.1 out of the box. It will supposedly have Portrait Studio, along with other features like Generative Edit, Circle to Search, Sketch to Image, and Live Translate.
As for color options, expect to have the usual black, white and mint green colors–with light blue and yellow being the new additions.
Android Headlines did not reveal the expected price for the Galaxy S24 FE, but noted that it might be more expensive than the Galaxy S23 FE.
