A new budget Android One phone arrives in the Philippines
After it was announced in Egypt last month, HMD Global brings its latest budget Android One phone to our shores.
With an SRP of Php 5,990, the Nokia 2.3 gets a bigger display, a bigger battery, and dual rear cameras compared to its predecessor.
