Here Are All The Devices That Huawei Will Be Updated To HarmonyOS

With Huawei commercially debuting HarmonyOS starting with the revamped 2021 line of MatePads, the Chinese tech giant is expected to roll out its in-house OS to several Huawei devices. In an effort to completely break away from Android, Huawei is working double-time to roll out HarmonyOS to its newer flagship phones. The brand has officially released a list of devices that will be getting the HarmonyOS upgrade, and it’s a long list, with many of the devices previously offered in the Philippines.

Here’s the upgrade list for Huawei HarmonyOS in the Philippines for Q2 and Q2 2021:

For the initial rollout, Huawei will be upgrading late 2018 flagships like the Mate 30 series first, while the mid-range Nova (starting with 2019’s Nova 6) line is expected to receive HarmonyOS by this year. Chinese variants will get the HarmonyOS update first, followed by a global rollout.

If that is not enough, Huawei even plans to deploy HarmonyOS to older devices–some as old as 4 years like the Mate 9 series. Aside from phones, Huawei also plans to update older smart TVs and tablets to HarmonyOS as well.

Here’s the HarmonyOS upgrade list for older Huawei devices globally (the Philippines included), which is expected to roll out by first half of 2022:
