Acer’s budget devices will all be available later this year in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The Iconia Talk S will launch in September and cost $190 (~Php 8.9K), the Liquid Z6 in November at $130 (~Php 6.1K) and the Liquid Z6 Plus in December at $280 (~Php 13.1K).
Of the three devices, only the Liquid Z6 Plus looks interesting, but again, local pricing will dictate the relative value of all these three devices.
