While we are waiting for the ZERO Flip, Infinix is set to unveil the XPad soon as it has teased in one of its Facebook posts. While Infinix previewed the XPad in a beige color with a dual-tone finish, it seems that there will be 2 more color options according to a Twitter post.
We’re expecting to get a light blue and dark grey colorway for the XPad, and its alleged specs sheet points it to being a budget midrange tablet with its use of a Helio G99 processor that has at least 4GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage–the latter being expandable via MicroSD. The display is a familiar 11-inch 90hz IPS panel we’ve seen on a few tablets, and keeping the lights on is a 7000mAh battery with 18w wired charging.
Other features of the XPad include 8-megapixel front and rear cameras, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a quad-speaker system, and Android 14 out of the box with ChatGPT integration.
We don’t know when Infinix will officially unveil it, but our educated guess is August 11 after the conclusion of their Champion Games campaign. As for pricing, we expect the XPad to be around Php 10k to Php 15k–but we will not be surprised if Infinix offers an under Php 10k early bird price.
