While we are all excited for the Motorola RAZR 5G and Legion Phone Duel, Lenovo Philippines is also beefing up its entry-level line by bringing in the A8 to our shores.
Set for an October 12 launch, the A8 is teased to have a triple rear camera setup, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a SIM tray that can hold three NanoSIMs and a MicroSD card. 
Not much has been revealed about the A8 yet, though a GeekBench listing does reveal that it will have an Helio P22 processor that is paired with 4GB RAM and a 4850mAh battery (which most likely means it will have a 5000mAh cell).
In addition, a Lazada Malaysia listing reveals the rest of the specs. These include 64GB internal storage, 6.52-inch HD+ display, 10w charging, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and a triple rear camera setup: 13-megapixel main camera and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors.
The listing also reveals a RM 499 price tag, which translates to roughly Php 5.9k when converted. We should know more about the A8 come October 12, so stay tuned.
