Here’s another Chinese flagship smartphone to grace the last quarter of 2016, LeEco’s Le Pro 3. The phablet is a beastly 5.5-inch device that packs the overclocked Snapdragon 821 processor along with high-end internals at a very enticing price of $299 (~Php 14.3K). Will it ever reach Philippine shores? Your guess is as good as ours at this point.

For now, let’s just gawk at the official specs of the LeEco Le Pro 3.

So, no expandable microSD storage and no headphone jack. Yup, the Le Pro 3 doesn’t come with a 3.5mm audio port, like the new Apple iPhone 7 series. It does come with USB Type-C earbuds to compensate, though. It’s interesting to note that LeEco has been doing this since February 2016, way before Apple’s earpods.

The LeEco Le Pro 3 will be sold in stores all over China on September 28. The 4GB RAM/32GB storage variant will be sold at the $270 (~Php 12.9K) mark while the 6GB RAM/64GB storage version at the $299 (~Php 14.3K) price point.

LeEco did promise to expand its market this year, so rumors are adrift that we might see the company’s phone offerings in the US and other regions soon.
