Cameras that are able to zoom in on the action are great, unfortunately the high zoom makes it difficult to track your subjects. That’s Olympus’ reasoning anyway, which is the reason why the company came up with the Olympus SP-100, the first ever camera with a built-in red-dot sight. Yes, the same red-dot sight on guns that makes it easier to track and shoot targets with both eyes open.

Aside from the gunsight, the SP-100 also has a 50x wide, 4.3 – 215mm (35mm equivalent: 24 – 1200mm) zoom lens, 16-megapixel sensor with BSI and full HD recording capability at 60p. The SP-100 is expected to cost around $400 (Php 17884) when it lands in the US.
