This is Meizu’s new flagship

A few weeks after its announcement of the M2 Note, Meizu has made their newest flagship, the MX5, official in China. The MX5 sports pretty impressive specs for the price (that we’ll get into later): MediaTek’s newest SoC, the Helio X10 Turbo that has eight cores (so it’s an octa-core processor) PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM. As far as storage goes the MX5 is available in several storage options, starting from 16GB moving to 32GB all the way to 64GB.

Meizu’s opted to go with a full metal body with the MX5, and is rolling with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Flyme 4.5 laid on top.
