Meizu’s M1 Note Takes A Page Out of the Apple 5c’s Playbook

Meizu has taken liberal design inspirations from Apple now and then, but for the company’s latest smartphone, the M1 Note, they just opted to go ahead and copy the entire design of the Cupertino company’s iPhone 5c. Of course, Meizu didn’t just copy the design of the 5c without putting their own hardware pizzaz in it: the M1 Note comes with a 64-bit, 1.7GHz MT6752 processor along with 2GB of RAM and a 5.5-inch full HD display.

Another cool thing about the M1 Note is that it’s a full LTE capable smartphone, and retails for a measly RMB 999 (Php 7164) for the 16GB version. Unfortunately, like most ultra-affordable LTE equipped smartphones in China, international availability is still up in the air, though if you bug Novo7 Tech long enough they may bring one in
