Motorola Launching Mid-range, Dual-camera Moto X4 In PH On December

Another mid-range phone to consider

Motorola is officially launching their dual-camera X4 in the Philippines on December 7, according to an invite sent by the company.

Motorola Moto X4 specs:

The Motorola X4 was first announced by the Lenovo sister company back in September during IFA. The phone is the first device released by the company in recent memory that doesn’t use their MotoMod system of modular accessories, thanks to its unique dual-camera arrangement and design.

What the X4 lacks in modularity it makes up for in water resistance however, since it’s IP68 rated. The two rear cameras work much like LG’s implementation of the dual-camera tech – the 12-megapixel primary shooter is for regular ol’ shooting, while the lower-resolution 8-megapixel camera is for taking wide-angle shots.

Inside the phone beats Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 octa-core processor, with a choice of either 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of storage. The 5.2-inch full HD AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection unfortunately doesn’t sport a 18:9 aspect ratio.

No price has been set for the Moto X4 – it just means we’ll all have to find out together when they officially launch in on the 7th of December.
