Here’s another great reason why you’d want to consider Motorola’s recently launched G4 Plus this holiday season: the Lenovo subsidiary has officially started rolling out the Android 7 Nougat update for the phone via OTA.

Both it and the Moto G4 gets the update via OTA, leaving the flagship Z series phones, the Moto Z and Moto Z Play, high and dry. Despite that little setback, Motorola did promise a Q4 timeline for the Moto Z and Moto Z Play, so technically we’re still well within their release schedule.
