Motorola Updates Moto G Power For 2022

While Motorola did announce a Moto G Power earlier this year, the brand is updating the entry-level phone with upgraded specs for 2022.

Motorola Moto G Power (2022) Specs

The 2022 version of the G Power is presumed to slot in lower than the Moto G9 Power that was announced in Europe last year. Powering the G Power 2022 is a new Helio G37 processor that is paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. The display is a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS panel that has a 90hz refresh rate and a punch-hole for the 8-megapixel selfie snapper.

Like the 2021 model, you still get a triple rear camera setup with a pair of 2-megapixel cameras, though the main camera has been upgraded to a 50-megapixel sensor. The battery remains the same at 5000mAh, though charging speeds have been downgraded to 10w (the 2021 model had 15w charging).

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, water-repellent design, Android 11-based MyUX

The Motorola Moto G Power 2022 is priced at $199(~Php 10.1k) for the 64GB model and $249(~Php 12.6k) for the 128GB model. It will be available in the US in early 2022, and there’s no word if it will be made available in other countries.
