Even its most affordable laptops get SSDs too
Aside from launching its Intel 10th-generation equipped Yoga C series laptops and announcing a free perpetual license of Office Home and Student 2019 to select IdeaPad and Yoga laptops, Lenovo also announced that they will no longer offer any laptops that have hard drives. Instead, all of their laptops–including the entry-level IdeaPad S145–will be getting SSD drives instead.
Lenovo Philippines Product Manager Joey Nocom explained that their shift to an all-SSD lineup is part of its efforts to have a streamlined lineup catering to different budget segments.
If a Celeron processor does not make the cut for your needs, Lenovo is offering the IdeaPad S145 with a Pentium N5000 processor, A9-9420, and Core i3-8145u as well, with the latter having a sub-Php 27k price.
While the IdeaPad S145 may be a budget laptop, all four variants come with two years warranty for your peace of mind.
