Novo7 Tech has teased on their Facebook page that they’ll be offering the THL 5000 soon. If you didn’t know, the THL 5000 is an octa-core smartphone that has a truly massive 5000mAh battery, packed in a relatively thin 8.9mm frame. That’s right – 5000mAh – more than double the standard capacity of most octa-core smartphones being offered in the market.

Aside from having a massive battery, the THL 5000 also has a 5-inch, full HD IPS display that’s protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3, 2GB of RAM, NFC, and a roomy 32GB of storage. Right now there’s no pricing as of yet for the THL 5000, although right now it’s being sold on the THL online store at $259.90 (which is a special price), which comes out around Php 11,396 before taxes. Expect it to retail a wee bit higher when it arrives in our shores.
