OPPO’s Find X3 Pro Comes With Dual IMX 766 Cameras, Insane Micro Shooting Mode

Just roughly a year after the premium flagship Find X2 Pro became official, OPPO announced its successor with the Find X3 Pro. This time around, OPPO’s flexing its shooting prowess with premium camera tech inside its 2021 premium flagship.

OPPO Find X3 Pro Specs:

Instead of a triple rear camera setup, OPPO went for a quad-rear camera setup on the Find X3 Pro, equipping it with two flagship-grade Sony IMX 766 sensors: one for the main camera (which has Omni-Directional PDAF and OIS), and another for the ultra-wide-angle camera. This makes OPPO’s premium flagship have the highest resolution for an ultra-wide-angle camera, beating the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Mate 40 Pro by a mile.

Aside from the two IMX 766 sensors, the Find X3 Pro’s other unique camera is a 3-megapixel microlens. Don’t be fooled by the resolution: unlike most 2 (or 5-megapixel) macro cameras that act more as stat stuffers, the Find X3 Pro’s microlens is capable of doing up to 60x magnification—something that has never been done yet on any smartphone. Wrapping up its solid rear camera setup is a 13-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x hybrid optical zoom.

Like its predecessor, you still get that gorgeous 6.7-inch Quad HD+ LTPO curved AMOLED display with a 120hz refresh rate and an incredible 92.7% screen-to-body ratio. As a premium flagship, you get a Snapdragon 888 processor that is paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. Keeping the lights on is a 4500mAh battery that supports different charging solutions: 65w wired charging, 30w wireless charging, and 10w reverse wireless charging.

Other notable features of the Find X3 Pro include NFC, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, IP68 rating, and a unique back panel design where the camera bump is integrated seamlessly with it.

OPPO Find X3 Pro Price Philippines

The Find X3 Pro is priced at 1149 Euros (~Php 66.6k) and will be available in Europe starting March 30. Pricing in Europe is usually higher, so expect local pricing to be lower once OPPO makes the Find X3 Pro official in the Philippines.
