OPPO Unveils Reno4 Series with Snapdragon 765 and 65W Wired Charging

Both have a new camera module design

OPPO unveiled the next-generation Reno with the Reno4 and Reno4 Pro in China. Both phones have a triple rear camera setup, Snapdragon 765G processor, 32-megapixel selfie camera, and a 4000mAh battery with OPPO’s 65w SuperVOOC 2.0 wired charging.

The Reno4 gets a flat 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a pill-shaped cutout. Aside from the 32-megapixel main snapper, you also get a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The rear cameras consist of a 48-megapixel main snapper, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Reno4 will come in black, blue, and white.

The Reno4 Pro gets the same curved display found on the China Reno3 Pro, so you also get a 90hz refresh rate. For the rear cameras, the Reno4 Pro’s 48-megapixel main snapper gets OIS and the ultra-wide-angle camera gets a better 12-megapixel sensor. Instead of a depth sensor, you get a 13-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and up to 20x hybrid zoom. The Reno4 Pro will be available in black, white, and Pantone Summer Green, along with special “Reno Glow” models in blue and red—both featuring a frosted glass back.
