Razer’s taken the opportunity at Games Developer Conference to unveil the latest iteration of their Blade Notebook. The fifth generation, 2016 model is leagues ahead of the 2014 variant, offering significant performance boosts while still retaining the trademark look of its hi-end notebook.

New features include a 6th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, GeForce GTX970M GPU with 6GB of VRAM, 802.11 WiFi as well as a PCIe solid-state drive for speedy access to data. The new notebook has a gorgeous 3,200 x 1800 QHD+ display as well as the company’s patented Chroma keyboard, all encased in a CNC-milled aluminum chassis that’s only 17.7mm thick.
The new Blade is slated to retail for $2,000 (Php 93.6K) for the 256GB storage version, while the 512GB version will set you back $2,200 (Php 102K).
