Samsung’s Rugged Galaxy XCover Pro has a Removable Battery

It looks similar to the Galaxy S10e with extra armor

Samsung launched a follow up to 2017’s Galaxy XCover 4 with the Galaxy XCover Pro. On the outside, it looks like a toughened Galaxy S10e with its punch-hole display and side-mounted fingerprint scanner. However, the XCover 4 is more of a mid-ranger with its flat 6.3-inch TFT display, Exynos 9611 processor, dual rear cameras (similar to the Galaxy A50 sans the depth sensor), and 13-megapixel front camera.

As a rugged phone, the Galaxy XCover Pro is both IP68 and MIL-STD-810 certified, has programmable buttons, and comes with a removable 4050mAh battery with 15w wired charging. You read that right: phones with removable batteries still exist in 2020, though the Galaxy XCover Pro is available only in Finland—at least for now.
