If you’ve been waiting for Apple’s newest tablets to arrive in the Philippines, the wait is over. Smart has announced yesterday that the latest version of the iPad Mini and the iPad Air is now available through their Smart Bro plans. Both iPads surf the net through Smart’s blisteringly fast LTE network.

Smart is asking for Php 1,499 a month for the 16GB version of the iPad Mini and the iPad Air. If you want the 32GB version of either one, you’ll have to shell out Php 1,699 a month. On top of that, you’ll have to pay a one time fee of Php 1,000 for the iPad Mini and Php 5,000 if you’re grabbing the iPad Air. Both plans have 65 hours of LTE/HSPA+/3G browsing per month will Anti Bill Shock built in.
