The next Xperia is set to be a monster!
We’ve just only begun to warm up to Sony’s latest flagship, the Xperia Z3, but there’s already a leak on the specs of the company’s next flagship for 2015, the Xperia Z4. It seems like Sony is pulling out all the stops for their next flagship, according to a report released by Android Origin. The Xperia Z4 will come with a Snapdragon 810 processor with 64-bit support running at a blazing fast 2.8GHz. The GPU will be an Adreno 430, and will be paired with 4GB of RAM. Storage will also be upgraded to 32GB, and the 5.5-inch display that it’s rumored to sport will have a quad HD resolution of 2650 x 1440. The camera will get an overhaul as well – movin away from the 20.7-resolution sensor that’s been in a majority of their smartphones, to a curved Exmor RS CMOS camera.
The report also said that Sony is ending the 6-month upgrade cycle that’s been present since the launch of the Xperia Z and Z1, which means that the Xperia Z4 will be the only flagship launched by the Japanese company next year.
