The Honor Note 10 is a Big Phone with an Interesting Set of Features

One of them being a “twin turbo” tech

Honor formally unveils the Honor Note 10 in China after appearing in several leaks and teasers. While some of its specs are pretty much expected—like the huge 6.95-inch Full HD+ display, Kirin 970 processor, and a 5000mAh battery, the Honor 10 came with a few surprise features.

Among these features is its “twin-turbo” tech, which combines both GPU Turbo and CPU Turbo for optimal performance. While we all know about GPU Turbo, CPU Turbo helps the Kirin 970 processor achieve higher clock speeds.

To make CPU overclocking possible, the Honor Note 10 has a cooling system called “The Nine”. The cooling system consists of a heat pipe and eight layers of heat dissipation to keep the temperatures at bay and to make the 5000mAh battery last long.

By enabling both CPU Turbo and GPU Turbo (which comes with a dedicated button), this pushes the Honor Note 10’s performance to another level. However, we will have to wait to try out the actual unit to understand how these two technologies work.
