Just in case mosquitoes annoy you on the go
LG is winning the charm of smartphone users with its bezel-less offerings, from the G6, the Q6, to the V30. Yet, we were surprised that they decided to release one really odd phone with the K7i. Instead of offering a bezel-less screen or a dual rear camera setup, the K7i has a *drumroll* a “Mosquito Away” feature.
The bulge at the K7i’s rear phone emits ultrasound waves that wards away mosquitos. LG has incorporated this to their aircons and TVs, making the K7i the first phone to have this unusual feature.

The K7i is available in India for 7,990 Rupees (~Php 6.2K). Should this be made available in the Philippines, we really, really want to try it out. Nevermind the outdated specs; what’s killing our curiosity is it’s anti-mosquito tech.
