Meizu’s very affordable M5 handset is now out in the wild, at least in China. Positioned as an entry-level smartphone with decent specs for its price range, the Meizu M5 has two variants with different RAM and internal storage configurations.
The 2GB RAM/16GB storage model retails for $103 (~Php 5K) while the 3GB RAM/32GB version goes for $132 (~Php 6.5K).

It’s important to note that the Chinese-sold Meizu M5 units will be loading Alibaba’s Android-forked OS, the YunOS 5.1, based on the open source project. International versions will most likely be packed with the standard Android OS, and presumably a slightly higher pricing point as well.
