Both sport a circular camera module and waterdrop notches
For their first-ever IFA participation, HMD Global launched two new mid-rangers with the Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 6.2. Both phones sport a polymer composite chassis, glass backs, 6.3-inch PureDisplay screens, 3500mAh batteries, waterdrop notches, and triple rear cameras.
Ther more premium Nokia 7.2 gets you Zeiss optics, led by a 48-megapixel main rear camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 5-megapixel depth sensor, along with a 20-megapixel front camera. It comes with a dedicated Night Mode that stacks up to 20 photos using a tripod (10 if handheld) and special Zeiss bokeh effects.
Powering it is a rather dated Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage.
On the other hand, the Nokia 6.2 loses the Zeiss optics and swaps the 48-megapixel main rear camera for a more conventional 16-megapixel sensor. The front camera is downgraded to an 8-megapixel snapper, while it runs on a Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage.
