vivo Announces T-Series in China with the T1 and T1x

vivo expands its smartphone portfolio in China with the T-series. Comprising of the T1 and T1x, both vivo phones come with 120hz IPS displays, 5000mAh battery with 44w FlashCharge, and a 64-megapixel main rear camera.

The T1 is powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor that is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It has a 6.77-inch 120hz IPS display with 240hz touch sampling and a punch-hole for the 16-megapixel selfie snapper. Accompanying the 64-megapixel main camera are an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The T1x, on the other hand, is powered by a Dimensity 900 processor that is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has a smaller 6.58-inch 120hz IPS display that has 180hz touch sampling and a waterdrop notch for the 8-megapixel selfie snapper. Unlike the T1, the T1x has only a dual-rear camera setup, dropping the 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle found on its more expensive sibling.

The T1 is priced at CNY 2200(Php 17.5k) for the 8GB/128GB model, CNY 2400(~Php 19.1k) for the 8GB/256GB model, and CNY 2600(~Php 20.7k) for the 12GB/256GB model. The T1x, on the other hand, is priced at CNY 1600(~Php 12.7k) for the 6GB/128GB model, CNY 1800(~Php 14.3k) for the 8GB/128GB model, and CNY 2000(~Php 15.9k) for the 8GB/256GB model.  Pre-orders are now ongoing at vivo’s site in China.
