Are you waiting for the vivo Y31 (2021)’s official launch in the Philippines? You don’t need to wait any longer, as vivo Philippines confirmed that it will bring the latest Y-series phone to our shores on February 5.
Initially announced in India a few weeks ago, the Y31 (2021) is the first Y-series phone sold globally to have a 48-megapixel main rear camera, along with a Snapdragon 6-series processor in the form of a Snapdragon 662. While it still uses a dewdrop notch for the 16-megapixel selfie snapper, the Y31 (2021)’s back panel shares a design language similar to more expensive vivo phones like the X50 series and V20 series.
Other noteworthy features include a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display, 5000mAh battery with 18w USB-C charging, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and Android 11-based FunTouchOS out of the box. Just like with other vivo phones, they might be a few differences between the India version and the Philippines version, so we will have to wait until February 5 to know about the differences.
As for pricing, we expect the Y31 (2021) to be close to its SRP in India, which is at around Php 11k.
Would you consider the vivo Y31 (2021) when it will launch in the Philippines come February 5?
