After it’s debut in Malaysia, vivo’s new budget 18:9 phone had arrived in the Philippines. The Y71 sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and a large 6-inch 18:9 display along with your choice of either 2GB or 3GB of RAM.
