A cheaper, nicer phone under the Mi 5
While everybody is waiting for Hugo Barra to take the wraps off of the Mi 5 in Barcelona, Spain, Xiaomi has gone ahead and announced the Mi 4s in China today. The Mi 4s is likely to slot in between the old Mi 4i and the Mi 5 in Xiaomi’s lineup.
The Mi 4s sports a body that has glass on the front and rear, as well as a metal frame. The phone will have a fingerprint scanner as well.
Under the hood runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and 3,260mAh battery. Xiaomi is pricing the Mi 4s at just RMB 1699 or 12.3K.
