PayMaya Taps KathNiel for its “BalikBayad” Campaign

Featuring a cool TVC from one of the country’s most popular love teams

Following through 2019’s “Don’t Pay Cash, PayMaya!” campaign, PayMaya kicks off 2020 with its new “BalikBayad” campaign featuring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla—also known as KathNiel.

The campaign features a two-minute TV commercial featuring KathNiel and Rez Cortez, where they highlight the benefits of going cashless. These include convenient payment methods and cash backs.

“As we work to bring even more features and services to PayMaya, we’re excited to introduce the most rewarding mobile wallet in the Philippines today to even more users nationwide,” PayMaya Growth and Marketing head Mark Jason Dee said.

For February, PayMaya users can get as much as Php 6,000 in cash backs when they participate in PayMaya’s various promos. With the PayMaya Preferred Program, users can get cash backs to more participating establishments through QR. PayMaya’s new partners include Landers Superstore, Mercury Drug, KFC, Robinson’s Department Store, Total Alabang and Valenzuela, and Toys ‘R Us.
