The no-contact apprehension policy (NCAP) has already been implemented in various cities of the National Capital Region (NCR). This means that traffic apprehensions in these areas are now done using CCTV, digital cameras, and other similar gadgets.
As of June 29, only 4 cities in NCR implement the no-contact apprehension policy. These are Manila City, Quezon City, Valenzuela City, and Paranaque City.
