Extending help beyond eSports
Aside from being one of the key brands in making the SEA Games eSports tournament possible, Razer is extending its support to the Philippines through other means as well.
In a Facebook post, Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan confirmed that they will be donating surgical masks to the Philippines to help augment the country’s PPE supplies. Currently, the country is on community quarantine, where it has recorded over 6,000 cases as of April 20.
Aside from Razer, Google has donated $5 million in ad credits to help the Philippines in combatting COVID-19.
