Backed by Cebuana Lhuillier, Xpress aims to offer more than just being a mere alternative to Grab. Aside from covering Central Business Districts (CBDs) such as Makati, BGC, Pasig, and Mandaluyong and Cavite (Imus, Bacoor, and Dasmarinas), It also also has localized Mobility Solutions, with Boracay as its pilot area. It is one of the advantages of being backed by Cebuana Lhuillier, as it makes use of the latter’s network for its services.

“We collaborate with local governments and transport cooperatives to address specific challenges, such as fare transparency and efficient fare collection, through technology solutions tailored to local needs,” Xpress Vice President Mike Contreras said.

Aside from offering the usual 2-wheel MotoTaxi and 4-wheel Sedan and SUV services, Xpress has other initiatives like its RXP (Ride for Xpress) Program, where it provided comprehensive training sessions covering Emergency Response, Customer Service, and Entrepreneurial Skills to 50 participants to empower them as professional riders.

Xpress also offers peace of mind to its riders, as it partnered with Chubb for comprehensive insurance coverage at up to Php 1 million for 2-wheel and 4-wheel rides, and up to Php 500,000 for e-trike and 3-wheel rides.

Beyond what it currently offers, Xpress is looking to integrate hybrid and EVs to its fleet in its bid to support environmental sustainability, along with offering parcel delivery services and better integration with Cebuana Lhuillier’s services soon.
