Impulse Buyers Beware!
Lazada is really stepping up their game. A couple of months back, they decided to offer Cash on Delivery services for products that ship from out of the country and now they’re offering an express delivery service so you can get the product that you’ve been eyeing on the same day, which might not bode well for impulse buyers.
They have a dedicated section for all the products that have the service available for now, but once that goes away all you have to do is look for the logo highlighted in the photo above to see if the express delivery option is available for whatever it is you want to purchase. There’s a fixed delivery fee of Php 29 on top of what you’re paying.
A few things to note with the new service are:
- This only covers selected areas in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Laguna
- You will have to order the product before the 1PM cut-off so you can get in on the same day
- If same delivery is not an option, Express Delivery gives you a more specific date of your products arrival
So there you go, ladies and gents! If you have low EQ, like me, and want a certain gizmo or gadget right away, look for that logo to see if it’s available for Express Delivery.
