YouTube Launches Super Stream for Free Access to Select Local Content

As part of its efforts in promoting original local content, YouTube collaborated with local media partners for Super Stream. The almost 1-month long event aims to offer over 300 hours of original local content to stream for free via YouTube.

“As people limit going out to remain well, we want to make staying safe at home better by introducing Super Stream so everyone can access movies, TV shows, and more—for free until September 26,” Google Philippines Marketing Head Gabby Roxas said. “Whether it is a box office hit, classic TV show, sports event, or documentary, there is Super Stream content for entertainment needs on top of the YouTube videos from favorite creators.”

For the first week of Super Stream from August 30 to September 5, the following contents will be available on the Super Stream channel and those of the media partners:
