According to Rappler’s report, a standee will be placed at certain taxi bays where passengers can file a complaint report against bad cabbies. Participating malls in Metro Manila include SM Supermalls, Landmark department stores, Araneta Center, Robinsons Malls, Starmall, and Ayala Malls.

“We also would like to urge the public, all of this are for you, especially the commuters those taking taxi. So kung meron talaga kayong reklamo (if you really have a complaint), please do your part. Do your civic duty to come and complain,” LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra III said.

For additional concerns, commuters may contact the LTFRB through its 24/7 hotline at 1342, or via SMS/Viber at 09175501342 and 09985501342.
