Sony’s no compromise version of its flagship smartphone is almost here
If there’s one “mini” device that we’re excited to get our hands on, it’s Sony’s recently announced Xperia Z1 Compact. The Z1 Compact is the Japanese company’s latest smartphone that goes against the prevailing trend of manufacturers who offer mini versions of their devices. Mini, in this case, usually means a smaller, lower-spec version of a popular big screen device. And judging from the interest and comments when Kimstore posted a teaser of the Z1 Compact to their Facebook page the other day, it seems that a lot of you are excited as well.

While Kimstore hasn’t posted her price for the Z1 Compact yet, be prepared to shell out top peso for Sony’s newest device. Online retailers have pegged the price of the Z1 Compact at around £399 in the UK, which is a whopping Php 29634 when converted to our currency. The high price is of course, understandable, as Z1 Compact retained many of the Xperia Z1’s parts and components (including its water resistance), sans the bigger screen, naturally. Seems like the no compromise promise of the company extended to the price as well.
