No triple rear cameras in sight
With ASUS, Samsung, Nokia, and Sony unveiling their flagship phones at MWC 2018, it’s time to wait and see what Huawei is up to for the P20 series. Slated to launch in Paris, France on March 27, new leaks showing the actual look of at least two variants have surfaced, courtesy of Evan Blass.
Both phones have a display that sports a notch, and have a vertically-arranged dual rear camera setup with a LED flash found below it. Differentiating the P20 and P20 Lite is the location of the fingerprint scanner: The P20 has a front-mounted fingerprint scanner, while the P20 Lite has a rear-mounted one.
While both variants don’t have the so-called triple rear camera setup, there’s a possibility that Huawei is reserving that for the P20 Pro. We will have to wait and see what Huawei has in store for its #OOO campaign for the P20 series.
