Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has confirmed the arrival of the much anticipated Toyota GR Yaris this July in the country. In two months’ time, you can finally pick up your own Toyota GR Yaris in the Philippines through local dealers.

The Toyota GR Yaris has a 1.6-liter three-cylinder engine that kicks out 257 hp and 265 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a six-speed manual transmission that spins all four wheels. And because it’s lightweight, it can do 0 to 100 kph in just 5.5 seconds. This is David ready to take on Goliath.
